Deposit, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Non-Refundable Deposit:
A flat $300 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. This amount is applied toward your total package cost and ensures your date is held exclusively for you.

Payment Schedule:

  • $300 deposit due at booking

  • Remaining balance due 14 days before the wedding date

Cancellation:

  • If cancelled more than 60 days before the event: Only the $300 deposit is forfeited.

  • If cancelled 30–60 days before the event: 50% of the total package price is due.

  • If cancelled less than 30 days before the event: 100% of the total package price is due.

Rescheduling:

  • One reschedule is allowed free of charge if done more than 60 days in advance (subject to availability).

  • Rescheduling within 60 days may incur a $200 rescheduling fee.

  • Rescheduling within 30 days is treated as a cancellation and new booking, unless due to verified emergencies or force majeure.
